Cancellation Policy for Tutoring Services

At Poppy, we understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure that we can provide the best support for all our students, we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation policy:

  1. Advance Notice

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another student.

  2. Late Cancellations

    • If a session is canceled with less than 24 hour notice, we will need to charge for the full session, as we’ve reserved that time specifically for you.

  3. Missed Sessions

    • If a session is missed without notice, the full session fee will be charged. We understand that emergencies happen, so if something unexpected occurs, please reach out as soon as possible.

  4. Rescheduling

    • We’re happy to reschedule sessions with at least 24 hour notice, subject to availability.

  5. Emergencies and Flexibility

    • We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. If you have an emergency, or your child is sick we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  6. Ongoing Consideration

    • To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we may need to revisit tutoring arrangements if cancellations become frequent.
