Our Collaborative Approach

  • connect

We begin with your child—their strengths, interests, and learning needs. Conversations with parents and classroom teachers create a shared understanding and a supportive team.

  • understand

Thoughtful assessments in reading, phonics, writing, and math identify strengths and areas for growth. We use these insights to create an individualized plan with clear, meaningful goals.

  • teach

With school approval, your child steps out of class for focused, one-to-one instruction on campus. Sessions target specific learning needs and complement classroom learning, with scheduling coordinated with the school.

  • grow together

Regular reassessment and clear progress updates keep families and teachers connected. Together, we refine goals, celebrate growth, and help your child carry new skills and confidence into the classroom.
